And the United States have their HAARP since 1992, The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program based in Gokona, Alaska. HAARP consists of powerful antennas capable of creating “controlled local modifications of the ionosphere”, the upper layer of the atmosphere.

A report from Global Research concludes that the manipulation of climate for military use poses a potentially greater threat to humanity than CO2 emissions.
